Debkumar Halder was my student. I have many sweet memories about him. He was a fast runner. Now, he is equally fast in co-operating with others and solving their problems.
Very recently I faced a problem with one of my LIC policies. It was assigned to a private bank. It had to be reassigned to the branch of LIC. He promptly came forward to facilitate in this regard. With his assistance the issue has been easily solved.
